I can't think of even one thing that was good about this job. Worst job I've ever had.
Cons
Low pay. Salaried management so they expect your entire life to revolve around the hotel. On call 24/7. expected to work front desk shift plus put in 40 hrs management time per week. Owners act like management is lazy if they don't work 60 + hrs per week.
