      Pros

      meeting people in there own environment, and every day was different.

      Cons

      the downsides were that I was using my diesel, even though they say they pay for mileage, I was always loosing out, they don't pay for mileage after 10 miles from your home. always out of pocket, wasn't worth working the hours for penies

      Pros

      Best Home Health company. They really care about their employees. They go the extra mile not just for all clients, but all the employees also. I highly recommend them for employment as well as home Health care for your family members.

      Cons

      The pay is on the lower end if you are not a Tier 3 or 4 level expertise. However, it is not a problem. They will train Tier 1 & 2 employees to level up to Tier 3 and 4.
