Pros
feels like a family and they in general take good care of you. Unfortunately the cons outweigh the pros.
Cons
The tenure of most of the company is 30+ years. They underpay new employees and don't fire the ones who are problems. While I respect loyalty, it's detrimental to the overall morale. There are leaders who micromanage and drive entire divisions into the ground and nothing is ever done or addressed. It's a shame. They have SO much to offer.
