    Not a lot of tasks to be done. Needed to come up with my own ideas if I wanted to stay busy.

    Keep doing what you're doing. Its a great place. Just come up with some more specific goals/projects for the marketing interns.

    The work is interesting and the workforce is lean, so you get to work on more than you would at a larger company. Colleagues are top notch professionals. Everyone works hard and teamwork is the standard.

    Cons

    PTO accrual is very low.

    More communications to all employees. More flexible benefits.
