      Pros

      Amazing Company for freshers Laid back environment and job security! (Not a single layoff during COVID) Can switch departments until you figure out what you like (Might depend on few things) Development environment setup used is changing slowly but surely. Healthy 401K ESPP option

      Cons

      Insurance is bad :( Costly! No sick leaves and only 15 PTOs Not a lot of Employee perks which I can brag about!

      Pros

      Can survive if you hang out close with the upper management. This is applicable to most of the departments here.

      Cons

      Politics decide a lot of things. Working hours for the pay is not justified.
