      Technology innovation. Great engineers. Leader in the industry.

      Cons

      Poor communication across teams in company and from management to folks below. Very politically charged environment. Never know when you're going to be stabbed in the back (metaphorically speaking). Career advancement is very limited. Too many layers of VP's and AVP's.
