Pros

Great people, good benefits, hybrid work

Cons

Performative leaders. Staff are overworked and still asked to do more. A significant number of staff have left in the last 6 months. Leadership is trying to spin it but staff morale is very low.

Pros

Some of the most passionate, talented people in the business

Cons

Like orgs of this level, bureaucracy can sometimes get in the way of the work

Pros

Opportunities in the past to work with smart, dedicated colleagues and understand the inner workings of a large advocacy-based organization. Some opportunities to work on interesting projects.

Cons

Leaders are unsure how to direct a strategic plan for the work and boost staff morale. Staff is burnt out and running on dedication to the mission. A recent string of resignations has put strain on remaining employees.
