Pros

-401k matching is above normal -The hours are strict, but that also allows for better work life balance in terms of not bringing work home with you.

Cons

-Low Pay -Pay raises do not occur often -A lot of finger pointing, if you work here save all your emails and get everything in writing. -Plant managers and middle management will throw people under the buss. -Metrics are tracked and used in a grading system. You could meet the metric requirements for a pay raise but that does not mean management will follow through. -CEO will get worked up about politics and send out strange company wide emails encouraging people to follow strange non reputable sources that are blocked by the company firewall. -They do not provide any references if you apply to another job -Be skeptical with reviews, they have encouraged us in the past to write good reviews when they have had trouble hiring in the past

Pros

Good pay, some might say above industry average. pretty good PTO, no micromanaging, great people to work with.

Cons

The work load is quite crazy. All about results and performance metrics. Not a lot of mentorship or carrier growth. Sink or swim kind of attitude. The pay structure does not encourage team collaboration between internal sales groups even though that is what management encourages. You have to compete against your own collegueas.

Pros

Honestly, my coworkers are the only reason I'm still here.

Cons

Forced unpaid furlough. No increase in PTO after being with the company for a significant chunk of years. Insurance through the company is so bad most places don't accept it anymore-dentists, doctors, PT's. Recently reverted all their hybrid work policies, despite years (5+) of successful WFH, everyone must go in the office full time. As a global company, they're constantly trying to cut costs by hiring interns instead of full time ppl or hiring ppl in countries that are cheaper. The office in America has the lowest number of holidays out of all the other offices (Bolton, Lux, etc). The holiday's are religiously based. Every time the company is bought, big changes occur-like this latest change of making everyone go in the office full time. DEI is superficial.
