I have been working at IBM full-time

    Pros

Big company means a huge network of employees, and lots of opportunities to move to other roles if you aren't happy with your current one. Competitive pay, decent vacation and benefits. Depending on the team, working remotely is an understood part of life and isn't a big deal at least once a week, usually/pretty flexible with working hours. Casual dress.

    Cons

Lay-offs occur regularly here. Work-life balance and overall experience vastly varies from project to project and team to team.
