DO NOT trust what their recruiter promised you - Anonymous employee ICON Employee Review

The recruiter will promise you a great deal of perks (holidays, PTO, WFH...etc) to get you onboard. They like to call themselves part of ICON and presented ICON benefits at recruitment. Once on board, they turned around and only gave you DOCS benefits, including horrible insurance with no options to switch, no FSA,...etc.
