Pros

The acation/sick pay in generous.

Cons

Management is all about who you know not what you know. Too many people in position of power that have no business in management. There is definitely abuse of power. Icon is all about the money. They could care less about their employees. They treat them like a dime a dozen. The turn over rate is atrocious. Icon does not want to pay employees what they are worth. Overwhelmed, over worked, underpaid and not acknowledge or respected. Cheap is an understatement. They have people working in dilapidated makeshift trailers with mold and animals living under the building. During COVID everyone that was working received a reduction of pay, bonuses have been taken from the employees that work the hardest and there has been no pay adjustment due to inflation. There Culture moto is a bunch of BS. They hide behind this mantra as if to make themselves look like an awesome CRO to work for, when in reality it's all a lie. Just smoke and mirrors. This CRO makes BILLIONS off the backs of it's employees but can't scrounge up enough money to throw a decent Christmas party. In the last 3 years no appreciation or incentives of any kind to show their gratitude for all the hard working employees who have stayed with the company. More people need to stand up and speak out!! Do yourself a favor read between the lines. Take into account all the negative reviews and see what the common concerns and issues are. You will be much happier and better off in the end by searching for a career elsewhere.

Pros

Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

Cons

Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

Pros

Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

Cons

Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
