      Pros

      Good health benefits, 401K. Other CRAs are great to work with, also learn more from them than the horrible iLearn training management is so incredibly proud of.

      Cons

      Where do I start? Executives & management never listen. Only concern is the bottom line and their bonuses!

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
