      Pros

      A lot of learning opportunities. Training is thorough but they don't coddle you. I feel constantly challenged. Great benefits (US based) compared to my significant other. I left my last job because of boredom - this was a great change of pace. I also like the team dynamic here. Better than my last job.

      Cons

      If you don't like to be constantly challenged then this isn't a good place for you.
