Extremely Disappointed - Clinical Research Associate ICON Employee Review

I am extremely disappointed in the fact that promotions and raises have been put on hold while the CEO sounds ready to put responsibility on everyone else to fix his crisis. The expectations and risk being asked of employees without the c-suite taking any obvious current consequences is sickening.
