      Love the people at ICON. I really work and interact with smart, professional and kind individuals. I love that we work globally, and I get exposed to projects outside of my day-to-day role.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
