      we get a pizza party every once in a while when we meet our goals. so about once a year.

      Cons

      lower then average pay, health insurance is terrible, too much gossip, and dry promotions. no one got a raise or bonus other then senior management this past year.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
