      Pros

      Relatively laid back company with a few really good people

      Cons

      Lot's of turnover/ Culture is suffering as a result. SEems like there's a million projects and nothing ever get's done because ressources are spread across so many projects. Upper management needs to figure out how to steer this new combined ship of Smiths and ICU

      Positive work environment with good management and an excellent team. Allowed for good work/life balance. Very competitive benefits.

      Cons

      Minimal opportunity for growth in the company. Annual reviews were dry and impersonal. Inconsistent training with limited homogenization across team members.
