      - IGNW flexible hours and remote work assignments. - Chris Coddington has been an excellent recruiter providing steady work flow with multiple PM and Project Coordinator assignments. - Have also enjoyed working with assigned engagement managers (Mark Vorel and Jeremy Farley with my most recent assignment at RTD. All of my IGNW/CDW managers during the last 2-3 years have provided excellent support.

      Cons

      - Recent assignments have been less than 10 hours per week. Would prefer 20+ hours but happy to get the work. - No other cons.

      Pros

      I’ve had a very positive experience working with CDW as a contractor. The onboarding process was simple and well organized, and any questions or issues were handled quickly, often the same day or even within the hour. The people have been excellent to work with, professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive. CDW has been one of the best contractor experiences I’ve had.

      Cons

      I cannot honestly think of anything.
