      Pros

      The IGNW team worked very closely with me through the entire interviewing and hiring process. I was pursuing an opportunity from a different state and they were very helpful in making the process of relocating as straightforward as possible. I find the salary that IGNW offers to be very competitive for the area, as well as their benefits package. They have also recently added 401K plans for their employees, which is not very common for the contractor companies. I appreciate the way IGNW has kept in touch after job placement. They are genuinely trying to help with whatever is best for their employees from finding the right opportunity to transitioning into a full-time role with the client.

      Cons

      Haven't had any issues with the company in almost a year I have worked with them.
