Contractor to FT... a smooth transition! - Anonymous employee IGNW Employee Review

From the first contact through LinkedIn, interview and proceeding to support during the job as a contractor, IGNW was definitely one of by best experiences by far. A very smooth process from the hiring as a contractor and the support all the way through to the eventual hire as a full time staff member. Working with great recruitment team, and the great support staff was the best, as they handled each question with efficient timing to make sure to get back to me when needed. During my ime, I was able to work through the whole period and was able to take time off, working remote, and when in doubt on how to submit my time, I was always kept in touch with through email, Slack or even a phone call, if needed. I really appreciate all the work that IGNW did for me, as I am sure they do for everyone else coming through their doors. Thank you!
