      -Bezahlung wird an den heutigen Markt nicht angepasst. -Es wird für die außenstehenden Personen mehr gemacht, als für die Angestellten in der eigenen Firma. -Das Vorsorgemodell für den Ruhestand ist einfach nur eine Blamage - Bei Krankheit-/ oder Urlaubstagen wird das Stundenkonto mit einem Minus berechnet
