Pay is OK Ambitious staff, decent opportunities if you want to commit your full life to your career and have no work life balance.
Cons
Culture is terrible, the company is stuck in the dark ages, full time back in the office in this day and age is appalling. It felt like I was back in school, terrible flexibility, very limited work from home, felt like there was no trust. Work life balance was therefore terrible. The FC just wanted his team in to impress the people above him, but people resented the management because of this and staff turnover was quite high and they could no longer hire the best staff available in finance as people didn't want to work in the office full time. What's the point in coming into the office every single day just to go for a coffee break every hour and waste half the day chatting to people about pointless stuff.
