      Pros

      Nice offices, decent managers, do their best to have a meaningful corporate culture

      Cons

      Project management is bad, to structurally improve processes and infrastructure is a battle, maybe due to a lot of people just cruising and protecting themselves (or maybe this has changed now the bank is throwing a bunch of people out)
