      Pros

      The benefits, including four weeks of PTO, are outstanding. I work with a ride range of different business leaders across the company, and I am truly impressed with their management styles and passion for those they lead. I love my job and feel blessed to work for ING.

      While the company faces many challenges, like most others in today’s economic climate, I have confidence in the leadership to steer the organization in the right direction.
