      First team to take over this job in the SSC Enough space to concentrate on projects and try different types of work to see what fits First people to be trained directly by Amsterdam office

      Amsterdam office is autocratic in decisions Don't handover tasks as they should Low workload, usually they let us do the robotic corrections in systems Hard to communicate with them regarding anything as they think only they are the experts Started as an open team with lots of possibilities which are now limited due to Amsterdam stuborness to let go of some things and be more mature on their role as mentor to our team
