Relaxed work environment and company culture was used as a guise to justify the poor pay. (well the pay is bad, on par with communist countries but at least it's a dEcEnT pLaCe tO wOrk!) Statistically, this place has a HIGH percentage of staff dating each other and eventually marrying. So if you want to join a company to find a potential spouse, you're in the right place.
