      Pros

      Great people to work with on a daily basis, management was nice but not also super knowledge of techniques used. Awesome volunteer oppurtunties.

      Cons

      Old technology that can be frustrating at times. Would have liked to work with modern tools. Not much interaction with other developers. Lots of meetings that could be solved in simple emails.
