Good opportunity to work with people from all over the world Good compensation package People working there have very good competence level and HR does a great job ensuring the competence is kept alive by hiring a lot of young talents.
Cons
Huge difference in stress levels, depending on departments and roles. Tendency to fix the effect and not the cause. People care more about their job safety and less about finding solutions to common problems.
