- leadership are not authentic, everyone has agendas - your job will be different from JD - HR and employee experience are outdated even practioners skills are stuck 10 years ago - has a lot of claw back - employee retention schemes are outdated - organization within the business works in silos, even though they say it not - it is not a Flat organization - WFH schemes are unfair, it will depend how progressive of outdated the personality of the department heads
