High turnover rate in ex dept as team leader belittle and has no trust in her staffs. Harsh words were used and colleagues are not helpful. Prior to hiring, they will mention guidance will be provided. However, it all depends if your colleagues want to help. Even though there is exit interview but still pretty useless as no action or review is taken towards the management. Too many events that require staffs to participate on top of their BAU.
