      People are kind and there is a strong culture of collaboration. Benefits are top level. Work Life balance is great, There has been a clear commitment to growing ING Americas in recent years.

      Cons

      There could be more investment in IT, Comp isn't competitive with American Banks. Would love to see more expansion into other product/service offerings.
