Pros
Fairly liberal with allowing flexibility of how you schedule your work time. Offers summer hour flex time as well as allows for some paid time for volunteering for community projects.
Cons
Company seems to be more concerned about cutting cost than trying to grow the business. Expect to put in more than a 40 hour week due to all the lay-offs and expectations that the remaining employees will pick up the work load.
