      The team, the culture, the benefits, the opportunities are all 10/10

      Cons

      I don't really have any, except that in the new political environment, they've taken some pretty big hits. Not their fault, but something I would want to consider as an applicant.

      ITHAKA continues to grow product offerings in service of their mission and the communities they serve Mission and values driven organization Continuous opportunities to learn and grow skills Invested in strengthening the leadership team including managers and senior executives Strong focus on continuous improvement so that the organization can optimize their impact and deliver more value Pay is competitive and the benefits are amazing

      There are so many opportunities and ways for ITHAKA to serve its mission, the workload can be rigorous; however, I'm able to maintain a healthy work life balance

      Nathalie Udo can put a target on your back. Your days are numbered. Leadership is focused on keeping salaries and benefits until they can retire.
