High employee churn Lack of CLM knowledge/experience in sales organisation Culture of blaming sales team for everything No one takes any accountability, more focused on internal politics and covering themselves rather than putting client needs first Leadership of the region is woeful on many levels - Never talk to you, creates an environment of fear and threats but never address you directly preferring to use middle men. Cancelling meetings, curt email manner. Arrogant and thoroughly unlikeable by staff and customers alike.
