      Pros

      Strong team culture with high-caliber professionals. Dynamic, high-velocity environment that accelerates learning. Clear pathways for internal growth driven by performance. Leadership commitment to ongoing technology modernization.

      Cons

      The organization underwent a leadership transition at the beginning of 2025, which was initially met with optimism and anticipation around the next phase of leadership. The shift introduced new perspectives and initiatives aimed at positioning the company for future growth. Over the course of the year, however, the departure of several long-tenured, high-performing leaders and individual contributors created noticeable disruption, particularly in employee morale, that has yet to be fully addressed. One ongoing challenge at the executive level has been replicating the level of inspiration and clarity provided by prior leadership—an element that historically enabled the organization to navigate adversity and sustain strong performance. Additionally, cash flow stability has become a visible concern across multiple teams. The effects of these constraints have been felt by both employees and clients, increasing operational friction. While efforts to transition to a hybrid workforce model and reduce physical office space may help offset overhead, it remains unclear whether these measures will be consider due to a stern in-office policy. My hope is they are reviewing these options to see if they can improve the company’s financial position and employee morale.

      Pros

      Few environments offer the variety that Impact does. Team members work across managed services, AV, document management, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms simultaneously, making this an exceptional place to build a well-rounded career fast. We get to work with modern tools - those unfamilar in other organizations - enterprise-grade technology stacks is a real career differentiator. Senior leadership is approachable and engaged. Decisions don't disappear into a black hole — there's a culture of being responsive.

      Cons

      Impact's entrepreneurial energy is one of its greatest strengths, and that same energy means the company frequently pursues exciting new initiatives. For employees, this occasionally means context-switching across many priorities at once.

      Pros

      Lack of offices so WFH mostly

      Cons

      1. Benefits are terrible (expensive & mediocre) 2. Their pay is below market but will constantly breadcrumb employees by saying raises are coming. And quotas are unattainable and unrealistic. 3. Employees at the bottom are made to feel replaceable. If you bring up a concern, you will be belittled. 4. Executive level shows no professionalism 5. Impact is run by bros who peaked in college and they carry that mentality. 6. No raises or bonuses for regular Joe working nights and weekends but hiring C-suite level officers at 200k+ who just regurgitate TikTok lessons on sales 7. No safe place to discuss cons. Retaliation is big here. 8. All executives and Csuites gossip on team meetings all day about who they like or don’t like. I’ve personally heard them badmouth employees who have been here for years the same day they gave them an award. 9. HR was better under Mary. She was approachable. No one in leadership is approachable. No one.
