      Good benefits, flexible schedules, and room for growth. No drug test in California.

      Cons

      I worked at 3 different locations and noticed that managers will always promote their favorites first. Very minimum jewelry allowed, no piercings, no crazy hair colors. “The customer is always right” mentality.

      Pros

      Great pay. The events they host for associates are awesome. SOME managers and leaders are very welcoming and really CARE.

      Cons

      Higher leadership shows favoritism. The bi yearly surveys are not anonymous. Racism and prejudice is on display from DMs and RMs and retaliation happens.
