      Managers care and really want you do to well at your job

      Can be a lot as starting out, for me it was my first job and was given a decent amount of responsibilities right away

      Pros

      Great pay. The events they host for associates are awesome. SOME managers and leaders are very welcoming and really CARE.

      Cons

      Higher leadership shows favoritism. The bi yearly surveys are not anonymous. Racism and prejudice is on display from DMs and RMs and retaliation happens.
