      - Genuinely nice people to work with - Big name clients - Immediate client facing exposure - Large amounts of individual responsibility even for the most junior members - Hedge fund client perks (breakfast, lunch, shoe shining) - Exposure to all aspects of operating a hedge fund - Most weeks are actually 40 hour work weeks - Company is poised for growth in the space

      Cons

      - Downtime between projects can get boring - Overlapping time with India can yield strange hours occasionally

      Pros

      learned a lot, but learned it all from people that are no longer there. It's a good industry to be in and you learn plenty from the people you sell to. IVP's product is great.

      Cons

      toxic and uninterested management (only on sales side, everyone else is actually amazing and so helpful) that teaches you nothing and creates unrealistic quotas, demands you meet them with no support, steals deals from your pipeline, etc
