Pros

nothing useful for a software professional

Cons

Very mean company, if you charge cell phone, owner will ask for money. If you use toilet, owner will ask accounting dept to deduct for loss of time. If you forget to submit time sheet, money will be deducted. 3&1/2 years no appraisals, no increment, only blaming of wasting company resources for starting early morning. If I am that bad, how did I survived that long? Stingy company. Cruel and rude president. $5 was deducted from last paycheck. Never again work for this company. Heard & seen so many horrible stories of employees. Stay away , if not joined, if already in, run away. Hopeless company, cheats & fools big time. No sincerity, only fake words. Not suitable for honest, dedicated and straightforward people. Don’t get carried away with co. website or US dreams or their infinite promises. Reality is harsh. In this co. you will get lot of crab bites.+ive reviews are written by Mgmt them selves. poor salary, cheating, cunning mgmt.

Pros

I worked for Infinite for 2 ½ years as their Sales Executive in the U.S. Office. In those 2 ½ years I learned many skills which I think will advance me in my career. While my title was Sales Executive, I was essentially a jack-of-all trades. I wrote proposals in response to public and private RFP’s, ran Infinite’s Social Media accounts, headed the Fun Committee (in-office potlucks, birthday/anniversary announcements), assisted in their Marketing efforts and dabbled as an assistant to the President and the HR Office from time to time. The company is pretty flexible when it comes to your schedule, as long as you’re reasonable with your requests.

Cons

Titles mean nothing at Infinite. I was the Sales Executive, yet did very little in sales at all. There was no training and very little structure. The entire 2 ½ years I was learning as I went and finding things to do on my own, rather than waiting for instructions. There are never performance reviews to go over your work to assist you in improving, and if you want a raise, you have to fight hard for it (harder than you normally have to for any other company, anyway).
