      Pros

      This is a great place for people starting up to build the essential muscles needed before they become invaluable to an employer.

      Cons

      Teams talk about a toxic work environment, so its a hit or miss, depending on your manager. They higher you report to, the more chances of toxicity IMHO but get more data points, dont only listen to my opinion.

      Pros

      Nothing Zero Zilch Nada None

      Cons

      Senior level management only cares about their own jobs; they are abusive to employees that report to them. Employees get fired for making minimal mistakes. CEO allows this clown show to continue and does not hold senior managers accountable for their actions. There is high turnover due to the extremely toxic atmosphere. As a result, company is losing clients and revenues.
