I have been working at InfoPro Learning full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Great work-life balance combined with endless opportunities. You make your career what you want it to be here. The leadership team is very encouraging of anyone that is willing to work hard and grow their skills. The culture is very kind and supportive and I look forward to coming here every day.

    Cons

Just be prepared to switch directions quickly and wear many hats. Most days, this can be really fun being hands-on in a lot of projects, but you have to have a good attitude and know how to roll with it. The traditional benefits aren't compelling, but the culture and flexibility counter balances that for me.

    Advice to Management

You've done a great job at listening to your employees and making them feel valued. Keep it up!

I worked at InfoPro Learning full-time

    Pros

Literally a mess of an organization. The majority of the company is based in India. They have an extreme amount of turnover and work the worst hours to help support the US based team. Imagine needing help from a co-worker, but only have the hours of 4am-6am PST to work with your peers. It's a nightmare. There really isn't a marketing team. Just a bunch of people handing off what they believe to be leads then lying about...

    Cons

Turnover is extensive. Management is useless. No vision for the future. They want to do things on the cheap. You will not enjoy your time working here.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Company accepts all ideas and not just ideas from the highest ups. They are incredibly transparent. Best of all, they aren't afraid to move quickly to react to market conditions so you are never stuck doing the same thing in the company for years on end.

    Cons

The work week can stretch on a little long, but they are pretty good about giving time off if you need it so it balances out.

I worked at InfoPro Learning full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Knowledgeable support teams. The team in India works really hard to support their counterparts in the US. The US team is trying very hard to become a leading vendor for L&D. Top leadership is very easy to work with. Open door policy is nice.

    Cons

There is a steep hill to climb to attain the financial goals that the leadership has set forth. The middle management lead is a control freak, micro manager. Not inspiring. Not motivating. Leadership is not solving quality issues when it comes to delivering high quality products and they are not providing equal support to all employees.

    Advice to Management

Do a better job at surveying the employees to find out if there are ways to get to the root of the issues. Follow through with paying commissions to sales teams. Don't keep changing the goal post. Have clearer and more attainable goals and career growth plans.
