Thank you for sharing your perspective regarding our teams. We agree that our team in India is awesome, and continues to challenge us to further unlock our human potential as well as our customers. We have made significant changes to the organization largely based on feedback both internally and externally. A few of those include: We have been exceeding our financial goals year over year which is entirely a team effort between sales, leadership, operations, marketing and IT. Our Leadership team is committed to the success of our team members as well as our clients, so much so that it was our top KPI in 2018! As a result, our overall employee engagement is up, and our customer experience has dramatically increased. Our compensation plans are rolled out each year and 2018 stretch goals were achieved by 90% of the team which we are very excited about! We are excited to continue developing our teams and looking forward to further unlocking the potential of both our clients and employees in 2019!
