Not a good place to be

Pros

There are not any pros to working for this company.

Cons

Leadership is clueless and they micromanage. For some reason the CEO lets people that do not have the proper skillset run things. The sales team is a mess because the supposed sales "leader" has no clue what is going on. If you drink the kool-aid then you will be fine but if you actually want to do good things and work hard, then you are out of luck.

Pros

Work from home.

Cons

Working there is tough. It's an Indian Company looking for American business. Leadership is all about making money for themselves - everyone else is a pawn. They try to improve employee engagement with parties. The environment is noisy and shabby.

Thank you for your feedback. Our team often highlights the flexibility of working from home as a key benefit to help achieve their work/life balance goals. Our Executive Team is a very caring and passionate group. We are sorry that this was not the experience that you had.

Pros

Knowledgeable support teams. The team in India works really hard to support their counterparts in the US. The US team is trying very hard to become a leading vendor for L&D. Top leadership is very easy to work with. Open door policy is nice.

Cons

There is a steep hill to climb to attain the financial goals that the leadership has set forth. The middle management lead is a control freak, micro manager. Not inspiring. Not motivating. Leadership is not solving quality issues when it comes to delivering high quality products and they are not providing equal support to all employees.

Thank you for sharing your perspective regarding our teams. We agree that our team in India is awesome, and continues to challenge us to further unlock our human potential as well as our customers. We have made significant changes to the organization largely based on feedback both internally and externally. A few of those include: We have been exceeding our financial goals year over year which is entirely a team effort between sales, leadership, operations, marketing and IT. Our Leadership team is committed to the success of our team members as well as our clients, so much so that it was our top KPI in 2018! As a result, our overall employee engagement is up, and our customer experience has dramatically increased. Our compensation plans are rolled out each year and 2018 stretch goals were achieved by 90% of the team which we are very excited about! We are excited to continue developing our teams and looking forward to further unlocking the potential of both our clients and employees in 2019! Best of luck to you and thanks again for your feedback!
