It offers flexible work hours at bothe head quarters and to its consultants. It has a great benefits package with medical, dental, vision and 401(K) match.
Cons
Infogain has no career advancement path for its consultants. If you can play lots of politics, you can grow and be a favorite of management in Palo Alto.
