No Value for Long-Term Employees - Sr. UI Consultant Infogain Employee Review

I am disappointed with the way this organization treats its long-term employees. There seems to be very little value or respect for people who have dedicated years of hard work here. Recently, I’ve seen older employees being let go within just 2-3 months without proper consideration for their experience, loyalty, or contributions. This approach creates an unstable and uncertain work environment. A company should value and support the people who have helped build it, not disregard them when it's convenient.
