Pros
Travel is fun and most everything is paid for
Cons
Had a great time working here until there was a change in management. The new manager would constantly delay or cancel my one on one meetings, It felt like she didn’t really care. Kept promising training when we would meet in person but never did it. -Yelled- At me in front of our other team colleagues after I asked “Is there anything I can do to help?” No grown adult should be disrespected like that, especially when they did nothing wrong. Big on playing favorites. Often worked unpaid overtime just to get items complete by deadline. Made a quick PowerPoint with ways we could save money and improve after big boss asked for us to do it. When I gave it to my manager I was told to, “Just do my job” and it never made it up to higher management. Each department is nearly completely separate from the others, like cliques sitting in a high school cafeteria. They often clash. Lots of gossiping and badmouthing other people behind their backs. I was constantly given more to do with only a 2% annual raise for an already extremely low pay. Absolutely no way to advance your career unless someone higher than you quits or gets fired.
