      Nice colleagues, international environment, traveling and work events are nice, a lot of responsibility given and work style is quite autonomous, many young people

      Cons

      Organization is not the strongest side of the company with many lack of oversights, messy situations and bad communication between departments, bad IT infrastructure that seems not to have been updated in a decade, could be more dynamic in approach to problem solving

      Pros

      Informa has a lot of different opportunities across its vast portfolio if you want to explore different jobs. They have a program to help find you other roles within the company if you are looking for a change.

      Cons

      The company is not real competitive on salaries and continuously has salary freezes for certain groups with in the organization. We have had very small cost of living raises that are not covering the actual cost of living increase we are all facing.
