Some very smart SVP leaders, great space (huge potential with cloud DI/DQ, MDM, etc),
Cons
Mixed product strategy of on-prem / cloud - own product is competing internally and confusion with customers due to CEO is not competent to run a company at this scale - he is risk adverse, and allows that mentality to permeate throughout company. Strategic young"er" leaders for cloud sales and channel recently left.
