      The first all hands as a private company felt good. The strategy is sound and its now up to us to execute. New leadership team is solid and all very open communicators. I think this is the start of something really exciting and positive

      Yes there has been a lot of change. Thats not a bad thing but its now behind us and I feel the plans has been set
