I have more the 12 years of experience and I spent over 5 years in this company and worked with multiple Teams. 1. It is good for freshers to start but only 2 to 3 years. 2. Salary is good for freshers with 2 to 3 years of experience. 3. Free Food but not great quality.

Do not join this company if you have more the 5 Years of experience, it's a trap. I've been with Informatica for more than 5 years and have witnessed a stark contrast between early career growth and the plateauing experienced by more tenured employees. While the initial salary package was competitive, subsequent hikes have consistently fallen below market standards, leading to a significant disparity over time. Additionally, a lack of clear vision and strategic direction from upper management has created a stagnant work environment. The company culture is heavily influenced by favoritism, and promotions often seem disconnected from technical expertise. For instance, the Data Catalog team's leadership exemplifies this, this leadership team demonstrates a clear lack of technical expertise and a tendency towards micromanagement. Favoritism is rampant within the team, creating a toxic work environment. This leadership style hinders innovation and stifles employee morale. If you value career growth, fair compensation, and a merit-based work environment, Informatica might not be the right fit.
