The degree of politics, favoritism, and nepotism is just gross. - Exec team’s approach to legal compliance, employee/contractor classification, and site security is super sketchy. More “what can we get away with” than “what’s the right thing to do.” - Negotiate well for your initial salary. It’s not likely to go up much over time, even if you get promoted.
